Win
Evangelism is the first step of the Ladder of Success. It consists of winning souls to the best of a believer's beyond personal ability.

Consolidate
The careful attention we give the new believer in order to reproduce in him the character of Christ — so that his life completes the purpose of God by bearing fruit that lasts.

Disciple
The vision is so effective that every person who has had a personal encounter with Jesus goes through a process of character formation.

Send
The goal of a disciple is to open his own cell. Within one year that cell should become a group of twelve leaders.

Our prime vision is to win souls and make disciples. We earnestly foresee one making an impact by doing the vision bestowed by God. God’s move is truly evident when we seek His divine guidance — and only then do we experience genuine fruitfulness and multiplication. As we go digital, we empower every house cell as ‘simbalay’ — an effective instrument to reach more people amidst the pandemic. We also envision a leader who faithfully possesses the vision and raises leaders for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

Ekklesia Cagayan de Oro City is a Christ-centered home for individuals yearning for a life-changing experience and willing to pursue God’s gracious will — a home especially for those who feel lost, frail, bewildered, and astray. It is our unflagging commitment to spread the good news, from boundaries to cities and from cities to nations, letting people receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As they walk in faith, it is our undying passion to guide every step through a life group that shares common goals — making them ambassadors of Christ. As faithful disciples and leaders, we are steadfast to unleash the untapped potentials of every person through leadership training and equipping sessions

To make every believer a leader of leaders is our goal. In Ekklesia, we value people in cell groups. Cell group and process are where various training sessions are done. We see every member as a rising leader who walks out the purpose God has called them to. It is our heart’s dream that every person continues to live up to their calling — making it into completion until God calls it done.
